Toast rewards and gift cards
Our rewards enrollment, rewards account lookup, and gift card purchase links take you to pages hosted by Toast. Information entered on those pages goes directly to Toast rather than through this website’s inquiry form or database. Toast may collect your phone number or email, optional profile information such as your name and birthday, and activity associated with your rewards account.
Olive & Oak may access and use rewards information through Toast’s tools to administer the program, apply rewards, and help with account questions. Toast’s processing is described in its privacy statement. Review the signup disclosures for program communications and any marketing choices. Joining rewards does not enroll you in this website’s separate email updates list. Contact us for questions about our use of your information.
Retention and security
We retain general inquiries only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain appropriate business records. Career materials are retained only for legitimate recruiting purposes. Marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
